For 2012 Championship Housing Packages, the Following Terms and Conditions Apply:

  • You may make name changes up to 72 hours prior to arrival. All changes must be completed over the website.
  • All reservations will be required to provide a valid credit card at time of reservation, even those paying by check. Teams that pay by check will NOT have their credit card charged. Teams choosing to pay with a credit card will have their credit card charged 21days after your reservations are completed through our website.
  • Cancellations that are received on or before 4/2/2012 will receive a full refund less a $10.00 administration fee per package canceled. Each room that is reserved is considered a package (i.e. a four night reservation is considered one package).
  • Cancellations after 4/2/2012 are subject to 100% cancellation.
  • Payment must be in the form of one check or one credit card per team reservation.
  • All final payments must be received by 4/6/2012. Please note that we will need at least one name for each room reservation to receive a confirmation number from the hotels.
  • We will require that all reservations have their names included by 4/10/2012. Names added after this date will delay the ability to send confirmation numbers. Please note that we will need at least one unique first and last name for each room reserved in order to receive confirmation numbers.
  • Hotel confirmation numbers will be imported into your reservation account once they are received from the hotel and you will receive email notification once they have been added.
