Welcome to the FIRST Regional hotel page.  To review the available regional events, please click on the drop down menu to select your event.  Once you select your event, you will see the hotels for each city.  You can access additional details for the hotels by clicking on hotel details.  This will give you additional details on the amenities that the hotel has to offer.  In addition, you will have a map that will give you an overview of the venues location in relation to the hotels listed.

For Regional Events, the Following Terms and Conditions Apply:
  • Teams paying by credit card: Teams and parents wishing to pay for their hotel stay with a credit card will present the card directly to the hotel for payment at the time of stay. All billing and payment matters will be handled directly with the hotel.
  • Teams paying by check or purchase order: Teams that wish to use a check or purchase order to pay for their hotel reservations will need to send a check to us at Steele Meetings: 6346-65 Lantana Road, Suite 117, Lake Worth, FL 33463. Upon arrival at the hotel your stay will be pre-paid. We will need to have the physical check to us by no later than one week prior to check in date
  • You may make name changes up to 72 hours prior to arrival. All changes must be completed through the website.
  • All reservations will be required to provide a valid credit card at the time of reservation for GUARANTEE ONLY.
  • All cancellations must be received at least one week prior to arrival unless otherwise noted in the individual hotel notes.
  • We will require that all reservations have names included 10 days prior to arrival. Names added after this date will delay the ability to send confirmation numbers. Please note that we will need at least one unique name per room in order to receive confirmation numbers.
  • Hotel confirmation numbers will be imported into your reservation account once they are received from the hotel and you will receive email notification once they have been added
